A spherical pressure plate is installed in the middle of the crossbeam on the frame, which can be automatically aligned so that the pressure plate is in close contact with the end of the compression rod. 2. Pressure self-balancing triaxial pressure chamber The pressure chamber adopts pressure self-balancing technology. Made of high-strength alloy structural steel, each pressure plate and pressure transmission piston rod are made of bearing steel that has been heat treated and precision processed. The pressure chamber is placed on the bracket, and the sample can be loaded and unloaded by controlling the movement of the engineering cylinder, which is convenient and fast. 3. The servo hydraulic source is composed of a servo oil circuit system and a confining pressure boosting system composed of a high-pressure plunger pump set directly driven by a servo motor, a relief valve, a precision oil filter, a temperature sensor, a cooler, etc. 4. The axial and confining pressure measurement and control system in the microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo rock triaxial instrument consists of an axial force sensor, a confining pressure sensor, an axial deformation sensor, a radial deformation sensor, an axial displacement sensor, and a lateral displacement sensor. It is composed of digital measuring controller, servo cylinder and other parts. (some optional) 5. The pore water pressure measurement and control system consists of an oil-water servo increasing cylinder, a motor-driven loading device, and a pore water pressure sensor. 6. The temperature measurement and control device can arrange high and low temperature liquid circulation tanks along the wall of the self-balancing pressure chamber to simulate the ambient temperature of the specimen, and realize temperature control and measurement through the host computer. The system is equipped with four independent control channels, including axial loading channel, lateral loading channel, temperature control channel, and pore water pressure loading control channel. The measured control quantities include the following: axial load, axial deformation, radial lateral deformation, lateral confining pressure, lateral displacement, pore water pressure, ambient temperature, etc. (some optional) 7.1 The measurement resolution is high, changes internally within the entire range, and is not graded internally or externally. 7.2 It has automatic clearing, calibration and automatic storage functions. 7.3 It has the functions of controlling constant test force, constant deformation, constant displacement, uniform test force rate and uniform deformation rate. 7.4 It has protection functions such as overload, over-range, oil circuit blockage, excessive oil temperature, and specimen breakage.
